okay, after a long LONG while, i finally checked my mail (yang sudah seribu lebih) and chanced upon an email from dearest cousin fitri. . .

Girl: Hey
Boy: What?
Girl: I really like you. And I... I.. I think I'm falling in love with you.
Boy: Okay. . .
Girl: What do you mean, "okay"?
Boy: I don't like you like that... I don't feel the same way..
Girl: Why not?
Boy: I can't tell you... maybe another time..

From then on, the girl kept asking the boy "Why not?" whenever she saw him,
and he kept giving the same reply, "I'll tell you later."

Finally, the girl got fed up.

Girl: I'm tired of this! Tell me why you don't like me!
Boy: Do you really want to know why?
Girl: Yes!
Boy: It's because you're uglier than ANYTHING! What's the point of going out with someone when they're not pretty?!
Girl: But... I..
Boy: Just shut up and leave me alone!

The boy leaves the girl sitting there alone, crying her heart out.
Then her cell phone rings.

Girl: Hello?
Mom: Sweetheart? I want you to go home, okay? I'll be home from work in a few hours.
Girl: Alright, Mom.
Mom: I love you.
Girl: I love you too, Mom.
Mom: Bye.
Girl: Bye.

The girl heads home and once she got there, she went in the bathroom and looked at herself in the mirror.

Girl: I'm not pretty enough...

She set to work, knowing fully well what she was going to do. 2 hours later, her Mom came home and heard the bath water running. She went upstairs to find the hallway flooded so she knocked on the door.

Mom: Honey? Are you alright?

She opened the door and was shocked at the site. The water from the bath was overflowing onto the floor, and the water was tinted red. She walked over to see what was inside and screamed. There, her little girl was lying with cuts all over her face and wrists. Her Mom backed away and was going to run to call the police when something caught her eye.

On the mirror, "am I pretty enough now?"

No one deserves to be told that by someone they love.
A person's appearance doesn't count. What counts is their heart inside of them and their personality. No one wants to be told they're not good enough...

and so, i simply detest those who are as such. to have friends/loved ones based solely physical attributes is simply shallow. wth. i hate such people.

so, i'm going to take this opportunity to tell each and everyone of my close friends in jc, those whom i spend my time with the beauty i see in them. here goes...

DYNN. this guy can be irritating and lovable all at one go. he is smart and funny. boy, i enjoy your company `cos you're someone who can bitch. hahaha. no laa. hmms. you're simply fun to be around. and he is kind-hearted, really. he may look evil on the outside, but he's alright laa. kan, dinzie? wawaks!

FIZA. u've got talent. a splendid voice and a flair for writing lyrics. she comes up with the most stylish and realistic lyrics which you can relate to real-life situations. i'm amazed by the works you come up with, gf.

IZZA. i love ur smile. it sweetens your face. and your straightforwardness is an asset `cos you never are afraid to put forward your opinions no matter how hurtful it may be, with the end in mind. you're very practical and hence, rather we get hurt earlier than later. i love you for always bringing us back to reality.

MAZ. i love your eyes. they simply light up everytime you talk to anyone of us. it shows ur sincerity. and your laughter, simply infectious. and your merepek-ness, i loikes! `cos i know there's someone as silly as me. hehs.

NADZ. i admire your determination. you're one who never gives up. someone with an end in mind. also, a very caring individual who tend to put others(your friends) before self.

NAS. i love your spontaneity. you're always there to make our day. your mere presence lights up the day of the people around you. and you're smart! this guy topped GP common test w/o studying for it and he never does his GP hw.

YANA. i love the way you speak. your words are just so full of truth and passion, never of spite. and your patience amuses me. add that to your moodswings, it makes you lovable to me `cos it tells me you're not a fake.

YUNI. i daresay this girl is loved by almost everyone laa. she's smart, pretty and brave. one-in-a-million, i tell you! gf, you're my partner-in-crime especially when it comes to malay lesson. hwuaa hwuaa.

one thing about them people mentioned above, i can tell them anything and be sure that nth leaks out. people you can always turn to, in both happy times and sad. my secrets are safe with them. its something called TRUST. and FRIENDSHIP. anw, i simply LOVE them people!
